Becoming a member of the Indiana Association of School Psychologists has many benefits.
Strategic planning and the development of outreach programs, collaboration with universities, state agencies and other professional organizations all concerned with the profession and the well-being of children are well underway.
The association recognizes a strong need for developing and broadening the model of service currently used by school psychologists and the financing that supports the model. However, in order to make these things happen, IASP must continue to build its membership ranks.
Additionally, IASP will continue to provide grassroots advocacy training to its members, develop and strengthen the board’s core skills in key areas, and continue working to make school psychologists more visible in the political arena. Your financial support is essential to ensure that this happens.
Contributions or gifts to IASP are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, dues payments (except for specific governmental affairs expenses) may be deductible as a professional or business expense to the extent allowable by law. 74% of these dues is non-deductible as it relates to a governmental affairs expense.
