The Internship Clearinghouse on the IASP website is a place for school districts and special education cooperatives within the state of Indiana to connect with graduate students in school psychology looking for internships.
Administrators may be able to reach a broader audience of individuals interested in working in the field of school psychology by posting on this site, as listings may be viewed by both members and non-members of IASP.
Graduate students who are seeking internships, whether they are currently studying in Indiana or at a training program in another state, are encouraged to explore the offerings on this website. The Indiana Association of School Psychologists believes that there are many positive opportunities available in our state. IASP is committed to supporting potential interns by providing easily accessible information, answering questions and helping to establish networking connections, and providing opportunities for professional development.
School psychologists must be credentialed by the state in which they work. In Indiana, the school psychologist credential is offered by the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE). School psychologists may also be a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and, for those trained at the doctoral level, licensed as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP).
To post an internship opportunity please send the following information to Kim Williams firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please contact the IASP office when the position has been filled. Otherwise all postings will be removed in August.
