IASP High School Scholarship

The IASP High School Scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating high school senior who has an interest in pursuing a career in the field of psychology.

Eligibility

To be considered for this scholarship the candidate must:
  • Be accepted by a college for enrollment 
  • Be interested in pursuing a career in the field of psychology 
  • Be in good academic standing 

Selection 

The application must be postmarked or emailed by the deadline is March 1. Applications will be reviewed by the Scholarship Selection Committee. The committee will consider many factors in reaching their decision, including the completeness of the application; the applicant’s experience and interests; the applicant’s personal statement and accomplishments; the applicant’s letters of recommendation; and the applicant’s degree of scholarship. 

Announcement 

The IASP High School Scholarship is for the amount of $500, paid directly to the bursar at the college the student will be attending. The scholarship recipient will be notified on or before March 30, and will be recognized at the IASP Fall Conference.
