Attendees will learn to access, review, and incorporate legal decisions affecting special education, particularly in the COVID-19 context, within the public school setting. The speaker will discuss recent and relevant legal decisions affecting special education and develop strategies to minimize risk of exposure to litigation associated with special education program within the school setting.
